Gionee Pioneer P3S launched in India at Rs 5,999

Gionee has introduced a new smartphone dubbed Pioneer P3S at a price of Rs 5,999. The device will go on sale this week in white, grey, red, and golden colour variants.

In terms of specs, the smartphone features a 4.5-inch display with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6580 chipset with a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM.
The device includes an internal storage of 16GB which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The device comes equipped with a 5MP rear camera along with a 0.3MP front facing camera.

Running Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Amigo 3.1 skin on top, the device includes connectivity options such as Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. A 2000mAh battery completes the package.
