Micromax launches Canvas Blaze 4G, Canvas Fire 4G and Canvas Play 4G smartphones

Both Micromax Canvas Blaze 4G and Canvas Fire 4G are priced at Rs 6,999 while the Canvas Play 4G costs Rs 12,499.

Micromax today three 4G smartphones- Canvas Blaze 4G, Canvas Fire 4G and Canvas Play 4G- running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Both Canvas Blaze 4G and Canvas Fire 4G are priced at Rs 6,999 while the Canvas Play 4G costs Rs 12,499.

Canvas Blaze 4G and Canvas Fire 4G sport a similar spec sheet. While the Canvas Blaze 4G is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) CPU, the Canvas Fire 4G runs on a quad-core MediaTek MTK6735 processor. Also, Canvas Blaze 4G comes with a bigger 2,000 mAh battery compared to the Canvas Fire 4G which is powered by a 1,850mAh battery.

Other features of both the smartphones include a 4.5-inch FWVGA display, 1GB RAM, 8GB ROM, support for up to 32GB microSD cards, 5MP rear camera with Flash and 2MP front camera. As the name suggests, both the handsets support 4G connectivity.

Meanwhile, the Canvas Play 4G sports a 5.5-inch 720p HD IPS display covered with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It offers a 13MP A/F rear camera with LED Flash and a 5MP front camera. It runs on a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM with support for expandable storage. It is powered by a 2,820mAh battery.
